Image link problem

Hi, i have one problem with image link, when i add image or use imageShack uploader, all is good till i add it in mysql, when i try to display that i get it like below:

i know that all <>"" chars are changed, but when this read browser he get:

< img alt=" " src=" http://img718.imageshack.us/img718/3513/97158287.png" align=" none" > < br>

and wont display image becouse ther is SPACE betwen < and img alt="......

Any help would be nice.
